Union Budget 2009 | Allocation for Bharat Nirman up 45 percent
Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee Monday stepped up by 45 percent the budgetary allocation for the flagship Bharat Nirman (Build India) programme that focuses on rural development and poverty alleviation.
